Can I just start by saying that I love Emily & Sean? These two are so genuinely kind and such fun to be around. Throughout my time getting to know Sean and Emily, it was evident how much these two love each other and in such a balanced way that is so refreshing.
What enjoyed about photographing this special day was the challenge of photographing during the winter and also creating images that remind the couple of New Mexico (since they have since moved away for school). So my challenge came when brainstorming ways to showcase the beauty of Albuquerque. Well…I may or may not have walked over to the highway frontage road to get a few cactus and catch the last bit of sunset light! So thank you to this adventurous couple for going off the beaten path with me for a few photos.
